OUAFC.com User's guide

There is a whole series of resources available on ouafc.com. The Varsity section contains details of every team that has played in the Varsity match along with captain and goalscorer details complete back to the Second World War.

There are many news articles reporting on a variety of activities within the club, ranging from reports on the mens and womens university teams, college teams and other football related occurrences. These can be added by anyone registered on the website, and linked to any division, team, match or player. So feel free to add any report regarding football in Oxford!

Each club playing within the Oxford University leagues also has its own area. From here, there are links to latest club news, the sports ground used for home games, tweets (for clubs with twitter accounts), match fixtures and results, a list of current players and photos. There is also a link to incomplete matches − club captains are able to complete these, so please encourage yours to do so. Otherwise, please contact us!

Every JCR, JCR Reserves, Women's and MCR league has its own area too, with a complete league table (where there are records) back to the 2007-08 season. There is a timeline feature for the current season, all match results and fixtures and the seasons' league top scorers.

Each user has the ability to interact on the website. By registering, each user can edit their own profile and public biography (visible to anyone), and also the private biographies (visible only to those logged in) of other players from the same club. Users can also write and comment on news articles and match reports. By creating a profle, for each appearance made statistics are built up for the entire career in Oxford football for each player.

Each team has one or more administrators, typically the captain(s) of the team. In addition to the interaction available to every user, a club captain can add or remove players affiliated to their club, edit match results, team sheets, goal scorers, assists and bookings. It is each captains responsibility to upload results from their teams' matches.

We hope you enjoy using the website. Any comments regarding problems or ideas regarding the site, please contact us!
